Condor Developers completes AED 120 million Condor Fortuna at Majan in Dubailand
Condor Developers has successfully completed the AED 120 million Condor Fortuna residential project in Majan, within Dubai’s Dubailand district. Marking the company’s sixth residential project in Dubai, Condor Fortuna comprises 85 premium apartments, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences.
With this milestone, Condor Developers’ completed project portfolio over the past two years has reached AED 750 million, adding close to 500 residential units to Dubai’s property market. The successful completion further reflects the company’s commitment to quality, timely project delivery and creating premium residential communities.
